Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy explains what zaviro.net keeps about you and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, your password (stored only as a secure hash) and your WhatsApp number if you add it.
- Tickets and requests: the messages, files and project details you send in support tickets and customization requests.
- Purchase codes: the CodeCanyon purchase codes you enter. We check them with Envato, which tells us the item, the license type, the buyer name and the support period.
- Contact form messages: your name, email address and message.
- Technical data: your IP address, used to protect the forms from spam and abuse, and the date of your last login.
- Visit statistics: the pages you view, your device and browser, your country and how you found the site, collected by Google Analytics. You can opt out at any time.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in and protects our forms.
We also use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and learn which pages are useful. A notice tells you about them on your first visit. To turn them off, click "Opt out" in that notice or use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
How we use it
Only to answer your tickets and requests, to email you about them (new replies, quotes, password resets), to improve the site and to keep it safe. We don't sell your data. We share it only with Envato to check purchase codes, with Google (Google Analytics) unless you opt out, and with our hosting provider, which stores the site and sends its emails.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and tickets while your account exists, so your support history stays available. Google Analytics keeps visit statistics for 14 months. You can ask us at any time to export or delete your data.
Your rights
You can see and update your details on your account page. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email contact@zaviro.net.
