Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about our items, support and customization.

General

What do I get when I buy an item?

The complete project with source code, art, sounds and tools (level editors for games, an admin panel for apps and websites), plus step-by-step HTML documentation. Updates are free from your CodeCanyon downloads page.

Do I need programming skills?

No. Games are set up in one Game Config and the editor tools, apps and websites from their admin panel, and the documentation shows every step. Some Unity or Flutter knowledge helps when you want to change the look or add features.

Which Unity or Flutter version do I need?

Our games are made with Unity 6 (6000.0 LTS) and our apps with Flutter 3.47. Each item page lists its exact requirements.

Can I try an item before I buy it?

Yes. Every item has a free demo (an Android APK, plus an online demo for admin panels and websites) and its full documentation online.

Which license do I need?

Licenses are sold by Envato on CodeCanyon. Please read Envato's license terms before you publish, and buy one license for each game or app you publish.

Support

How do I get support?

Create a free account on this site, open a ticket and add your purchase code. We answer in the ticket and email you when there is a new reply.

Where do I find my purchase code?

On CodeCanyon, open Downloads, click Download next to the item and choose "License certificate & purchase code". The code looks like this: 1a2b3c4d-1234-5678-9abc-1a2b3c4d5e6f.

What does item support include?

Following Envato's item support policy: answering questions about how the item works, help with bugs and reported issues, and help with included third-party assets. Customization and installation are not part of item support, but we offer them as a paid service.

How long does support last?

Every purchase on CodeCanyon includes 6 months of support from the purchase date. You can extend it to 12 months on the item page.

What should I write in a ticket?

Your Unity or Flutter version (or your PHP version for a website), the platform you build for (Android or iOS), what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots and the console log help a lot.

Customization

How much does a reskin cost?

Every project is different, so we quote each request for free. Tell us what you need and we reply with a fixed price and a delivery date.

How long does it take?

It depends on how much new art and how many changes you need. Your quote includes the delivery date, and you can follow the progress in your ticket.

Do I need to buy the item first?

Yes. You need your own CodeCanyon license for each game or app you publish, and we work on your licensed copy.

How do I pay?

When you accept a quote, we send you the payment details in your ticket.

Who owns the published app?

You do. Your game or app is published on your own Google Play or App Store developer account, and you receive the full modified project.

Ready to launch your own game or app?

Pick a template and publish it yourself, or tell us what you need and get a free quote for the customization.
